Watermelon Sticks
Ingredients
- 1 watermelon
Instructions
- After washing and drying the watermelon, place it on the cutting board, and with a sharp knife, cut the watermelon in half.
- Set aside one half of the watermelon, which you can cover and refrigerate to save for later. Take the other half of the watermelon and flip it over onto its flat side.
- Hold the watermelon in place with one hand and begin making parallel, evenly spaced cuts through the length of the watermelon starting from opposite side to your hand. Once you reach the middle, rotate the watermelon 180 degrees to finish making the cuts.
- Rotate the watermelon 90 degrees and retreat make the same evenly spaced cuts through the length of the watermelon. And once again, I recommend rotating 180 degrees once you reach the mid-point to finish cutting it.
